This is a great group of women of all ages who live in or near the Des Moines area.  We host a variety of events - dinners, movies, sporting events, drinking, walks, etc - so there is something for everyone!  Whether you are young or old, single or married, kids or no kids...if you are looking to get out of the house and to meet some new friends, this is a great way to do it!  We encourage all of our members to get involved and post events if they'd like, and everyone is very nice and welcoming …

Bicycling in Central Iowa is fun and even more fun with others! If you are a woman any age that wants to get out and exercise with the girls on our great trail system, then join this group.  Bicycling is the best way to combine social with exercise and do some exploring.

We're not "Red Hatters", we're the Women in Red proving that 40 is twice as sexy as 20. This group is for women who are facing changes physically, mental-emotionally, and socially. With such activities as reading books, and attending movies/programs about womens' issues; participating as a group in local sporting and social events. Sharing wisdom and offering support to each other and to our community.
