We live in a great city and it's our duty to enjoy the beach and play soccer, football, volleyball, frizbee, and all other beach friendly sports. For a great cardiovascular workout, there is nothing like running your feet through the sand. It builds your core, imporves balance, and you get a nice tan after you're done.

While the kids are in school come to Fuze Sports in Huntington and go a stand up paddle. It's easy, it's relaxing and you get the exercise needed for the day. 1 hour and you can burn up to 500 calories. Fuze started this club to help women exercise and find their center.
